This class is ideal for those starting with a sewing machine or needing a refresh on basics. In this class, we will cover
- How to set up the sewing machine and troubleshoot the most common problems
- Which sewing machine stitch to choose for different tasks, and how to identify the sewing machine feet you have
- How to best use the stitches you have and how to alter them using length and width to increase your options
- How to change a needle, when to change a needle and which needle to choose
- How to select threads to get the best from your machine
- How to make a simple envelope cushion with button closure
- How to access the GillyMac Online Membership Area and the eight bonus tutorial classes available.
