Three simple cartoon flower templates for raw edge applique.

I created these small applique pieces for cards. The instructions are simple. Cut the background to 6″ square then and add the flower pieces using glue web (Bondaweb or Steam a Seam Lite 2).

I free-motion sewed around the flowers and trimmed the backing to 3 1/2″ square. I glued the applique piece to the front of a blank card with double-sided tape.
